Founded in 1998 by Duane Andrews and Jim Xu, Golden Valley Engineering & Surveying, Inc. helped drive the spectacular growth which happened rapidly in Merced County. GVES is a full-service engineering, surveying and building design company, capable of undertaking nearly any project.
